1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 999q ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services available at 999q.org. • You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or using a 999q account. All accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must not have had a previous 999q account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 999q platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where 999q identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, 999q reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any funds associated with accounts opened in breach of this policy.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999q login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any automated means to access the platform. 999q strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you accept full liability for all such activity.

3.3 Verification (KYC)

999q operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international gaming compliance standards. You may be required at any time — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity — to provide documentary proof of identity (CNIC copy), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 999q may result in suspension of your account and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3.4 Account Currency

All 999q accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied by 999q on PKR transactions processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or direct bank transfer.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

999q accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. 999q does not accept cash deposits, third-party payments, or transfers from payment accounts not registered in your own name.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 999q PKR wallet within approximately 90 seconds of a successful transfer. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on interbank processing times. 999q does not impose a deposit fee. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the time of transaction within your account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 20 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days. 999q reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

4.4 Wagering Requirements on Deposited Funds

Deposits made without a bonus attachment carry no wagering requirement and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC completion and minimum withdrawal thresholds. Where a deposit is made in conjunction with a bonus offer, the bonus wagering terms outlined in Section 5 apply.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Cricket Betting

All cricket betting markets on 999q — including PSL, Asia Cup, ICC World Cup, bilateral series, and domestic Pakistani cricket — are governed by the specific market rules published within the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or interrupted, settlement rules specific to each market type will apply. 999q's trading desk reserves the right to suspend, void, or re-price markets at any time where there is evidence of irregular activity, feed error, or force majeure circumstances.

6.2 Live Casino

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 999q platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from 999q without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999q shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to technical failure; interruption of service during live betting events such as PSL or World Cup matches; errors in odds or game outcomes caused by data feed failures; or any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

11. Termination & Suspension

999q reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity.
• Identification of multiple accounts registered to the same individual.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any funds under investigation) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and associated winnings accrued in breach of these Terms will be forfeited.

12. Amendments to These Terms

999q reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
